LHC 2020 - Spring Training/Annual Legislative Conference - CANCELLED

 

Dear Friends,

 

I want to first thank you for being the unsung heroes during this crisis by continuing to ensure that our most vulnerable populations can have a quality and affordable place to live!

 

After careful consideration and consultation with both the Chair of Conference Planning and VP of Professional Development, LHC will be postponing all training through May and cancelling the Legislative Conference in the interest of the health and safety of our Members and their families.  Full refunds will be given to anyone that has pre-registered for any event.

 

Our Annual Meeting is normally held in May and we will look to our September conference to serve as our Annual Meeting this year.

 

Finally, the recent stimulus package has some rent relief for our residents and administrative relief for PHA's. But, please keep in mind that It may take several weeks for HUD to formulate guidance and get it to PHA's. 

 

What you are doing is greatly appreciated and please continue to put the safety of your residents and staff above all else!
